Supernatural, Inc.
Supply Chain Coordinator
Fulltime/Remote
Supernatural is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our rapidly growing natural foods business. Reporting to our Operations Director, you'll help keep the d*mn wheels on as we expand our manufacturing, sourcing, and online/offline distribution for our line of whimsical, dye-free baking ingredients. At Supernatural, you'll be helping chefs big and small bring their kitchen dreams to life with colorful sprinkles, melting morsels, and food colors (and a few new launches, too), without resorting to ingredients they'd rather avoid. We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we still take ourselves more seriously than any other sprinkle company (which is probably why we're the #1 natural decor company in America). If you like solving puzzles, streamlining processes, and tracking movements of many things at once, all while finding win-win ways to turn "nos" into "yesses" (and maybe even juggling a toddler), this is probably the gig for you.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers )
Logistics Wizardry: Coordinate and track shipments of all sizes, ensuring our inventory moves safely and seamlessly between warehouses, copackers and customers.
Data Entry Dynamo: Keep our ERP system updated with accurate inventory, prices and order details.
Inventory Guru: Track inventory, analyze stock movement, and help ensure our shelves are always full.
Vendor & Supplier Communicator: Manage and build relationships with key suppliers and logistics providers, working as a team to spot problems before they happen, and solve them when they do.
Forecasting & Reporting Extraordinaire: Help analyze trends, demand forecasts, and data to keep our supply chain one step ahead.
Order Management Sidekick: Assist in processing orders, tracking shipments, and making sure our customers get their goods in hand, on time.
Supply Chain Sauvant: Build and keep backfiles of vetted "Plan B" partners, so we always have backups for our backups.
Process Improvement Explorer: Spot areas where we can streamline, reduce costs, and make everything more efficient, and report those things to your manager.
What We’re Looking For (a.k.a. Your Hero Traits )
1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, fulfillment and/or procurement, ideally at a CPG food company.
Proficiency in ERP systems
Experience with inventory management and demand planning
A borderline religious respect for details, organization, and efficiency
Ability to thrive in a low-management, fast-growth environment (you are comfy fulfilling tasks independently, prioritizing on the fly, and reacting nimbly to new information)
Extremely strong communication skills, written and oral
An outlook that skews positive, and a propensity for problem-solving
Bonus points for familiarity and experience with seasonal/holiday manufacturing and planning
Perks & Benefits
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Remote role with flexibility (whether 9-5 or 6-2, you can get your job done, the way you get it done).
Room to grow within a fun, mission-driven company.
Family-friendly work environment (WFH on your kid's 9th sick day in January? Same.)
If you’re ready to bring a little more fun (and a lot more efficiency) to the world of dye-free baking, we’d love to meet you! Apply today: Email meredith@supernaturalkitchen.com with the Subject Line: Supply Chain Coordinator Resume.
